UNDERGROUND TANKS
| This
3,500 sq. ft. builder's home is a propane home -- but the only sign
is the small green dome nestled in the grass! |
 |
It's Easy, Safe and Inexpensive.
The excavation for an average underground tank is usually small - only
about four feet wide by twelve feet long by five feet deep - so the cost
is minimal. And once the tank is in place, only a small dome protruding
just inches above the ground is visible. The secured dome houses the valves,
gauges, and regulators of the system which propane dealers use for testing
and service and, of course, for refill access to the tank. With simple
landscaping, from plain grass to shrubs, even the dome is scarcely noticeable.
And the tank, constructed of heavy steel and specially painted with a
mastic coating to prevent corrosion, will remain hidden, silently supplying
gas for every big energy job, for the life of the home!

the propane? All but hidden right in the front yard -- and there
isn't even any grass yet! |
