M-01 Understanding Propane Supply and Demand
This video captures Understanding and Coping with the Demands of Propane Supply, a seminar presented at the 1997 Pinnacle 2000 Educational Conference. Noted industry consultant Dan Lippe provides an overview of the world and domestic supply situation, followed by an explanation of the principles of hedging, pre-buying, and other valuable techniques available to marketers. This video, Bob Wagner of Koch Hydrocarbon shares his expertise on weather derivatives, i.e., a type of insurance policy to protect against the effects of a mild winter. Using an actual customer's quotation, Wagner demonstrates how the amount of coverage and premium is determined. (20 minutes)

This video provides consumers with important information about components of their propane systems, instructions about handling propane emergencies and procedures for using propane appliances. APGA Resource Library
Usage Policies & Procedures

1. Items are rented for a two-week period, including shipping time, for a $5 rental fee per material item.

2. Items must be at the APGA office by the return date stamped on the video case. Late items will be charged a $3 per week per item late fee.

3. The user is responsible for all shipping charges (both ways).

4. The user is responsible for any damage or loss of items. Cost of replacement or repair of any items will be charged to the user.

5. The user will be invoiced for any rental fees, late fees, shipping fees, and/or damaged items upon return of the items to APGA.
