RETAIL MARKETER MEMBERSHIP - Eligibility is limited to Propane Gas Dealers who hold a Class "A" permit issued by the Alabama LP Gas Board. Active Retail Marketer membership investment includes membership in the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) for Intrastate marketers who do not pay dues directly to the NPGA.

The annual investment per retail outlet for INTRASTATE DEALERS who do not pay NPGA dues directly is as follows:

1. APGA investment per retail outlet: $390.00
2. NPGA investment per main outlet: Call for amount

The annual investment per retail outlet for INTERSTATE DEALERS who pay NPGA dues direct is as follows:

1. APGA investment per retail outlet $390.00

A retail outlet is defined as a location where propane is stored and/or transferred and where business is conducted with the public (in person or by telephone) or a combination of the above; excluding public refilling locations. If a dealer holds a Class "A" permit, but does not operate any retail outlets in Alabama, then said dealer will make an investment the same as a Dealer operating one retail outlet in Alabama.

In order to be an ACTIVE RETAIL MARKETER MEMBER you MUST belong to the NATIONAL PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION. In order for an INTRASTATE Dealer to belong to the NATIONAL PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION, you MUST belong to the Alabama Association.

• Every application for membership shall be made to the Executive Director in writing on forms approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
• Election to membership will be affected by a favorable majority vote of the Board of Director of the Corporation.
