an interest allied or related to the propane gas industry and whose business
and ethical standards meet with the approval of the Board of Directors.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - Any individual employed by or associated with
any active member, and whose business and ethical standards meet with
the approval of the Board of Directors.

PAYMENTS TO THE ALABAMA PROPANE GAS ASSOCIATION ARE NOT DEDUCTIBLE AS
CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS FOR FEDERAL INCOME TAX PURPOSES; HOWEVER, THEY
MAY BE DEDUCTIBLE AS AN ORDINARY AND NECESSARY BUSINESS EXPENSE.
- Every application for membership shall be made to the Executive Director
in writing on forms approved by the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
- *Election to membership will be affected by a favorable majority
vote of the Board of Directors of the Corporation.
