Basic of 2021 NFPA 54 Code Applications

This course is a good idea for employees of Class A, B-1 and C Permit holders. It will cover the 2021 Edition of the National Fuel Gas Code, also known as NFPA 54. NFPA 54 is a safety code that applies to the installation of fuel gas piping systems, fuel gas utilization equipment, and related accessories. The instructor will assist you in navigating through the code book. The majority of the time will be spent on reviewing/performing: Manufacturer’s Installation Instructions, Pressure Check, Leak Test, Sediment Taps, Shut-off Valves, Venting of Regulators, Flow & Lock-up Pressures, Manometer Calibration and much more.
