Hazardous Materials/Security Awareness – New Hires

The Alabama Propane Gas Association continues to offer Hazardous Materials training that complies with 49 CFR 172.704 except for in-depth security training. This training is required for any employee that has the potential to be exposed to a hazardous material. This course is required for new employees within 90 days of hire and serves as the 3 year recurrent training. The proper handling of cylinders is included in this course.
